Guidelines describing how you may — and may not — interact with this website, including restrictions on scraping, automated access, account misuse, and fraudulent or abusive conduct.
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines conduct that is prohibited on pepbond.com and any related services (the “Site”). It supplements — and does not replace — our Terms of Service. Any violation of this AUP constitutes a material breach of those Terms.
2. Prohibited Conduct
Access and Automation
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
use automated tools such as bots, crawlers, scrapers, headless browsers, scripted agents, or AI agents to access, query, or retrieve content from the Site, except for public search‑engine indexers operating within robots.txt rules.
reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Site or any software we provide.
bypass, disable, interfere with, or circumvent any access controls, rate limits, bot‑detection systems, CAPTCHAs, or security features.
probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any associated system without prior written authorization.
copy, download, mirror, or systematically extract data (including pricing, product listings, images, COAs, or reviews) for any purpose other than a single personal copy for your own research evaluation.
use the Site as a data source for training any machine‑learning, AI, or generative model without our prior written consent.
impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure.
Account and Payment Abuse
You agree that you will not:
create more than one account for yourself, share your account with another person, or use another person’s account without permission.
register using false, inaccurate, or misleading information, including false researcher affiliation.
initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith and allowing reasonable time for resolution.
initiate a chargeback for any reason inconsistent with our Return & Refund Policy.
use stolen, unauthorized, or mismatched payment methods.
use any promotional code, referral program, or affiliate program in a manner inconsistent with its stated rules.
Content and Harassment
You agree that you will not:
submit content (reviews, comments, messages) that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or invasive of privacy.
impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
make therapeutic, medical, diagnostic, or efficacy claims about any Product, including in reviews, comments, social‑media posts referencing the Site, or customer‑service communications.
harass, threaten, or engage in abusive communications with our staff or support team.
Interference and Illegality
You agree that you will not:
introduce viruses, worms, malware, or any other malicious code to the Site.
attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, network, or data.
use the Site in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third‑party rights.
use the Site to engage in fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other illegal activity.
3. Remedies for Violations
Violation of this AUP is a material breach of our Terms of Service. We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, remove, restrict, or edit offending content; suspend or permanently terminate your account; cancel any pending order and refuse future orders; ban your payment method, shipping address, IP address range, or any other identifier reasonably associated with the violation; pursue civil remedies including injunctive relief, damages, and recovery of costs and attorneys’ fees; and cooperate with or refer the matter to law enforcement.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you observe conduct that appears to violate this AUP, report it to [email protected]. Include as much detail as possible, such as URLs, timestamps, screenshots, and usernames where relevant.
